Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our digital products or subscribing to our services at kaseypierce.com operated by Kasey Pierce. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

There are no refunds (no exceptions) on the following:

  • Done-for-You Services (projects, retainers)
  • Done-with-You Services (strategy sessions, accountability sessions, Voxer Day)
  • VIP Day Intensives
  • Voxer Day Strategy Sessions
  • 1:1 coaching
  • Masterclasses
  • Masterminds

Refunds are on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will not be processed for orders that occurred over 7 days ago. If you feel a refund is in order, please email hello@kaseypierce.com and we will take your request into consideration or work to find a solution.
